Causes and fixes

1. In the X app Grok is limited without Premium

What to do: Open grok.com or the Grok app directly, where there is a free tier

2. The X account is new or has no verified phone number

What to do: Verify your phone and email in X settings

3. A VPN exiting in a restricted country or a corporate block on x.com and grok.com

What to do: Turn off the VPN or ask the admin to allow the domains

4. An outage on xAI's side

What to do: Check the service status and wait; for urgent tasks use another chat
