• Local-format delivery notes with non-standard layouts are recognized worse than English-language invoices: train the model on your own samples
• Scans with stamps over the text produce errors in amounts: make review mandatory for amount and tax number fields
• Documents are stored in the vendor's cloud: before signing, confirm the storage region and deletion period
