There is a mobile app for expense reports where an employee photographs a receipt, and an API for embedding into an accounting system. Pitfalls to watch at work

• Where fiscal receipts carry a verification code, check it with the tax authority: a recognized amount alone is only a hint
• Photos of receipts with an employee's personal purchases end up in the system: agree that only the business part is photographed
• VAT rates and reimbursement rules must be set up for your country by hand
