How to cancel the Motion trial before you are charged

Symptoms

• You were charged after the trial
• You cannot find the cancel button
• You canceled, but access remains

Causes and fixes

1. The trial requires a card and converts to paid automatically

What to do: Cancel in the account's billing settings before the trial ends

2. Access remains until the end of the paid period

What to do: This is normal: there will be no new charges after cancellation

3. You need a refund
