How to check the answer
Every conclusion references a current provision you opened and read, the client understands what to do and which documents to keep, and the caveats name the facts the answer depends on
Pitfalls
- Models cite repealed versions of the tax code and invented numbers of tax authority rulings: check every reference against the primary source
- Keep the client name, tax ID and real amounts out of public services, a description of the situation is enough
