Claude is a chat with Anthropic models that is strongest where you need to read a large document in full and answer with references to specific clauses. It holds hundreds of pages in context at once, so it works through a contract, tender documentation or a policy without chopping it up. Projects keep the materials and a shared instruction for one matter, and Artifacts show tables and documents next to the chat. It writes precisely and without bureaucratic filler in many languages.

Pitfalls to watch at work

• On the free and personal paid plans, check Settings, Privacy: training on chats should be off before a work document goes in
• Contracts and correspondence go in only with parties, amounts and details anonymized: [Buyer], [Supplier], [amount]
• The limit is measured by conversation size rather than message count: a long chat with a large file uses up the quota in a few questions, so open a separate chat for each document
• The model states legal references confidently with no guarantee of accuracy: ask it to write [PROVISION, verify] instead of quoting from memory

Billing

Card payment through Stripe on the website, or through the App Store and Google Play. Whether VAT or sales tax appears on the receipt depends on your country and how the account is set up: check the total before confirming. If a card is declined, a different card network and enabled online payments at your bank usually help.
