Lexis+ AI: AI legal research on the LexisNexis database with citations to US and UK law.

Spellbook: Lawyer's assistant in Word: tracked-change edits, missing clauses and risks.

Jurisdictions outside its coverage have no legislation or case law in the database: search them separately
Check case citations against the full text of the decision before using them in a position
Access is tied to the subscription's jurisdiction: the law of another country may be unavailable

Spellbook takes market standards from common law practice: edit clauses on jurisdiction, penalties and currency for your governing law yourself
Review every tracked change before accepting: a bulk "accept all" brings the other side's positions into the contract
Contracts with real parties are processed in the cloud: check the vendor's confidentiality terms before the first client contract

In our data Spellbook is the better choice for 14 of 15 roles. The table above shows the reason for each role.

Neither publishes a fixed monthly price, so both are quoted on request.
