Numerous.ai: An =AI() function in Google Sheets and Excel for bulk text processing row by row.

Rows AI: Online spreadsheet with a built-in analyst that writes formulas, pivots and conclusions.

Every cell sends its text to the service: the column must not contain names, tax IDs or account numbers
The model may give identical rows different categories: set a closed list of categories in the request
Filling the formula down thousands of rows uses the monthly limit in a few minutes

A published sheet is available to anyone with the link: publish financial metrics only anonymized
Rows formulas partly differ from Excel: check the results when moving a report over
Bank or CRM integrations pass data into the service: connect only what the report needs

They come out even for most roles, so the price and the interface you already use decide.
