Airtable AI: AI fields in an Airtable base: data extraction from text and files, classification and record summaries.

Formula Bot: Writes and explains Excel and Google Sheets formulas from a plain-language description.

An AI field recalculates when the input changes and may give a different result: store the verified value in a regular field
Attached contracts and invoices are stored in Airtable's US cloud: keep employee personal data out
AI credits run out in the middle of a bulk fill and some records stay empty: filter for empty fields to check

The formula is built for English function names and comma separators: in locales that use semicolons, replace the commas
Check the formula on three rows with a known result before filling it down the sheet
Column names are enough to describe a formula: there is no need to paste data containing personal information
