Pitfalls to watch at work

Speechify

Documents you listen to are uploaded to the service's servers: keep contracts and HR documents with personal data out
The voice reads abbreviations and numbers oddly: for reports with figures, listen along with the text
The trial converts to annual billing automatically: cancel before it ends if the service does not suit you

Synthesia

The model shortens and simplifies a script taken from a document: check a safety briefing or a security policy against the original word for word
Plan minutes are counted per generated video, and every regenerated version uses them again
Employees' personal data in a script (names, positions, salaries) goes into a video only with their consent
