Pitfalls to watch at work

• The bot records everyone in the meeting: tell participants and get consent before recording, especially in interviews and client negotiations
• By default the bot may join every meeting in your calendar, including personal ones: in settings choose only meetings you organize
• The summary assigns decisions and tasks by voice and often mixes up names: check the list against the transcript before sending
